A Few Questions on the Flow Motion

Bought the template last night and love it!  The install was straight forward.

I've only uploaded a few videos and need to understand how a couple of things work.

1)  What setting do I need to change to stop the fit screen width mode on the player? (most of the videos are shot in 4:3 aspect)

2)  How do I get the video's to show up on the front page without selecting most viewed, most recent...etc.

3)  This last one is I'm a dummy question.  I wanted to download the blue template because the logo for our company is mostly blue.  Unfortunately I locked into the red template and downloaded it.  Is there a way I can swap out the red template for a blue one?

Since I bought the template, can I remove the free deal at the bottom or do I still have to pay for it?

I'm certain I'll have more questions...  oh and I'll buy the other template...I can use the red one for a customer I working with.
