Latest Video Not displaying

I did a quick search and cannot seem to find the answer.

Currently my site is not displaying the latest video that has been uploaded on the right side of page.
The video uploads and plays but does not display on the main page right side.

Error - Invalid Input Detected

What have I messed up?

Any help would be great.

I did return the original index.php but it made no difference...hhmm
