[MOD] Add and Edit Blog Categories from Admin Section

So I decided I would hack out a way to Add and Edit your blog categories from the admin section...  

Mod Complete.

There are two new files, and two updated files, and the updated files are based off the latest v3.0 build.  I uploaded it directly to my site and it worked flawlessly for me.  Backup the updated files just in case.  

Just read the "readme" file, and it should explain it.

Nothing too fancy, just your basic add, edit, and delete categories.

Forgot to mention, it's a free mod...

And to get there, in your "siteadmin" section, under the "Manage" tab (In the admin toolbar at top), there will be a new drop down that says "Blog Categories", right under your current "Video Categories" link.
