where is the custom profile CSS

Ive installed this custom profiole powertool and need to smak some small tweeks to the CSS.

Specifically i'd like to add some padding beneith the "My Media" box page buttons. 

I have tried changing ../themes/default/member_css/memberdefault.css but the changes only seem to effect standard member profiles and nopt any profiles that have been customised via the power tool.

So for example adding:

padding-bottom: 10px;    to line 297 in #MP_Right_1_Content   will give me the desired padding in a standard member profile, but has no effect in a profile that has used the custom profile power tool.

Any thoughts?

addons custom profile, but if you edit the members file and they make changes,
your changes, will be over written

Thank you.  I worked out that every member who uses the tool then gets their own CSS.  I made that small padding change to the main CSS, deleted the the new CSS created by the user and then re-did the changes through the custom tool and all is fine.
