Subscription Manager Does Not Show Paid Subscriptions

Hello All,

We activated the powertool subscription manager for live transactions on one of our sites and members can successfully go through the payment process and their transactions complete successfully in PayPal, but no record of the transaction gets stored in the subscription manager and the member still cannot access videos even after successfully paying for access.  www.soobahkdoinstitute.com

Anyone else have this experience?

We recently experienced a similar issue with another application where recurring PayPal payments that completed successfully in PayPal did not transmit into the other application. The developers of that application had to access our paypal account to identify and resolve that issue (at least they think they have it resolved)

Anyone?

How long should we expect to wait for an update on a subscription manager issue submitted via the powertools support ticket system on May 6th, 2011?

I have even offered to pay for additional support if necessary to receive assistance with this issue and have received no response and no update on the issue status.
