SMF template bridge and Ads

Hi guys,
 
I am thinking of purchasing the Pro-Motion template for my site, and a matching template for my SMF forum, but I am worried about something. They both have a separate set of Ads, and also slightly different headers (I planned on having a separate logo). I dont know how this plays out. Will the ads from the site overtake the ads in the forum?
