Country list WAY out of date

There are some glaringly obvious issues with the Country List in phpmotion v3.5 that require attention.

1. Remove countries that no longer exist... Why on earth would you have "USSR (former)" and "Czechlosovakia (former)" as countries for selection when both were dissolved about 20 years ago? Are you expecting users to select either of these? If for any reason these codes must remain for data integrity or legacy purposes, then at the very least these should be hidden from user view.

2. Remove duplicates... You have both GB "Great Britain (UK)" and UK "United Kingdom" in the list. Great Britain has been long depreciated by United Kingdom, so it is GB "Great Britain" that should be removed. If you leave both in the list and users select the former rather than the latter, searching for users by location will be compromised.

3. "Viet Nam" is more widely known as "Vietnam".

4. "Vatican City State (Holy See)" is more widely known as "Vatican City".

5. Korea (North) and Korea (South) are incorrect. These countries are known as North Korea and South Korea respectively. This is like referring to South Africa as Africa (South).

6. Remove bi-lingual country references in the English-only list. You have "New Zealand (Aotearoa)", "Croatia (Hrvatska)", and "Falkland Islands (Malvinas)". If you are to include the country names in the native language of said country, then you should do this for all other examples in the list, or easier, not at all.
