In order to be PCI compliant I had enabled Suhosin and Mod_Security on my server. That apparently killed encoding in phpmotion which was previously working fine. So recompiled Apache and removed Suhosin and Mod_Security. Restarted server. Check php config -

- open_basedir = (no value)
- upload_max_filesize = 300M
- post_max_size = 300M
- max_execution_time = 1500
- session.gc_maxlifetime = 14000
- safe_mode = off
- Thread saftery = disabled
- enable_dl = On

Still not working - what am I missing here?

Video uploads but does not encode - when I go in to admin panel - not seeing anything under pending videos

if it is the philly site you have the wrong paths set for some reason,

your convertor log shows /usr/local/bin/mencoder
but the earlier videos that converted show this path /usr/local/mencoder
