Video Quality on full screen View

I have set up a server and everything seems to work okay - except the video quality when going to full screen is terrible - making the picture so fuzzy you can even see.

I have seen other posts to adjust the ratings - but all the adjustments I have made don't clear up the picture.
What are the best Video Settings? and What is the best format for videos to be uploaded in?

you would need to upload larger sized videos.

you mean video resolution? (1280 x 1024) if so what would be the recommended video resolution for the Highest Quality at full screen size?

that would be up to you, try various resolutions until you are happy with a full screen playback
