Initializing Progress Bar when trying to upload a video

I just updated my website to 3.5 rev. 104. After the update I started getting “Initializing Progress Bar” message when trying to upload and my file never get uploaded. Can anybody help me out?

make sure the cgi-bin files were transferred in ascii mode

wendellrob:
They were move over using ascii.
