that would be becasue you are trying to install the phpmotion release for php5.2.x servers
download the release for php5.3.

I'm also facing this issue; but only in my case I have an existing site and moved to another provider who supports only PHP5.3.13;
Is there any way to upgrade the existing site to work with PHP 5.3.13 version? Need urgent help on this.

sure, easy peasy, just download the phpmotion release for php5.3.x

then only upload these 4 files;

/classes/config.php
/addons/customprofile/index.php
/addons/customprofile/pimp.class.php
/includes/mp3_id3_utils.php

After replacing the files I an getting the below error

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)

I have zero-branding license issued for php5.2

What needs to be done in that case?
