Video's not really uploading...

Hi I am trying to get Bigintalent.com's site up and running but over time the upload video feature has stopped working. It either tries to load the video and then crashes saying it can't find the video's file length or it goes thru the uploading process but no actual video is able to be viewed on the site or thru the admin section. I'd also like to get rid of the spammers if possible, tried the approve request thing but it never took either. Any help would be great thank you.
