Add Registration info to 2 sites upon a single sign-up?

How can I make it so when a visitor signs up at (phpmotion) WebSite A his registration info also allows him access to (phpmotion) WebSite B ? (or visa-versa)
Both websites are on the same dedicated server. Would this just be a matter having the reg info go to the same database?
Or using the same database member table?
