I recently Purchased a template with php motion templates. The yellow chameleon. I had decide to make this purchase in the middle of Hurricane Fae. (I am located in Florida) My bank was having issues processing my card due to my banks automated web system. After I consulted my bank and the processer and realized there was no way it could be processed I was disappointed and upset that I was not going to be able to get the template unless I signed up for paypal. Tamera who was the representative I was speaking with at phpmotion templates  tried to go out of her way to solve the problem. She was constantly  calling the banks and calling me back to let me know they were still working on the issue so I did not feel forgot about. I had expressed to her that the hurricane would worsen through out the day and the phones or power may go out so I may only have a cretin amount of time to process this order.  Then next thing I know Tamera had called again with a solution. She had spoke with paypal and was able to send me a payment request where I could pay with my credit card. She sent me the email for the payment within seconds of speaking. The paypal payment request worked and I did not have to sign up for anything. Everything worked out perfect. As soon as the process was made Shaun (i think owner or web designer) had been sympathetic to the fact I had a window of time to work on the website due to Hurricane Fae. and had the template up with a few hours. I truly appreciate that level of customer service it is rare to find in the web industry these days. It is service like that that will keep me working with  phpmotiontemplates.com for a long time. Thanks again to all the people that make php motion templates the great business it is. The people at http://www.homemusichits.com ;D
